The Anti-Trafficking Act, 2016,-
(1) In sub-section (3) of section 4, instead of the words "Area Commissioner" and "Commissioner", the words "Chief District Officer" and instead of the words "Income and Tax Court" the words "Relevant Revenue Tribunal" have been substituted.
(2) In sub-section (5) of section 7, for the words "Income and Tax Court", the words "Relevant Revenue Tribunal" shall be substituted.
(3) The word "Adhirajya" in "Thau" has been deleted.
